KEITH FISHER

DIRECTOR

Keith is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 29 years of experience working with luxury hospitality companies across North America.

 

His expertise spans a wide range of management roles in 4-star resorts, 5 diamond city properties, and the largest Strata master plan cottage resort in BC. He received his hotel training in the early 90s and has since held various appointments such as Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Business & Sales. and Territory Sales Representative GCI. With a strong background in polished and refined services, he has built unique and long-lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and contractors.

 

Keith has further provided consulting services for the hospitality and service industries in the US and Canada.

TOM HOUSTON

DIRECTOR

Tom has a diverse business background having the opportunity to work for Fortune 500, Owner / Operator and non profit businesses. With each opportunity has seen first hand the benefits of the different business models. Initially starting in Hospitality he has developed superior team management skills, client communication, finance acumen and strategic sales / operational insight to lead successful and profitable teams.

 

QHA brought him an opportunity to combine these varied experiences and focus on assisting great business be their best.
